 Qualifications or experience-which is more important ? My short answer to that question is, "that all depends on the kind of job you are applying for." There is no size fits all in virtually everything in life, that includes your CV. It all depends on what job you are applying for and how relevant qualifications or past experience is. Past experience will get you a foot in the door with most jobs, however if you lack experience then you may have to use a different approach. Let me tell you a story: My nephew was working on dairy farms in Mid Canterbury (New Zealand). He had years of experience. He moved to the West Coast to work on a dairy farm near Harihari for a season. My nephew had absolutely no qualifications; he is a hands on person. What he does have is lots of experience.  Associations between important aspects of the home and family and adolescents' behavior and well-being are the primary focus. Families with few economic resources are more likely to have adolescents who have behavioral problems, who are psychologically distressed, and who do less well in school. Parental behavior and psychological well-being in less adequately resourced homes partially explain adolescents' poorer functioning. Parents in economically deprived homes are more distressed, inconsistent, and harsh in their parenting, and are less likely to create an organized and structured home environment. All of these can lead adolescents to display psychological distress.
